IT / WMS Our proprietary WMS offers customer specific inventory control options (FIFO, FILO, Lot Code), standard and custom reporting (e-mail, internet, specific documentation) and, through NISquared, our proprietary customer information interface, full real-time customer access is provided via the Internet to complete inventory, order history and order status information. Inventory and stock status reports can be provided within minutes of request. Norvanco provides standard annual physical inventory counts and customers can request additional physical counts during the year on specific items or total inventory through cycle counts. Utilizing physical and electronic checks and balances throughout the process, Norvanco maintains an inventory accuracy rate of 99.999% and inventory traceability of 100%.
