This group will monitor and guide your discussions with IT and Operations as we formalize the exchange of data and prepare for first receipt of your goods. The systems and interface will be tested and emerging issues addressed. During the process modifications will be made if needed. Continuously monitoring how we perform guarantees that we see emerging problems before you do, that we take the appropriate steps to minimize any and all issues.
